Admittedly, I wore this outfit to work last Friday and loved it so much, I wore it the next day to grab cupcakes with my friends Courtney and Ben. As usual, they had some witty responses to my outfit, my favorite, “You look like Wolverine’s sister.” Since I love X-Men, I took it as a compliment and wore it proudly the rest of the day during the unseasonably warm weather.
I’ve been wearing this jean jacket a lot with this warmer weather and I feel like my dad but with less crazy hair and tattoos. I swapped it from Kendi of Kendi Everyday and I can’t figure out why she would ever give this up! I layered it over my absolutely favorite shirt, a vintage Levi’s plaid shirt I snagged from Lisa of Archives Vintage. Thank you, my fellow bloggers for contributing to this outfit, one of my most comfortable and favorite this winter.
[vintage Levi’s plaid shirt from Archives Vintage, jeans c/o J Brand, jacket by J Crew swapped from Kendi Everyday, faux fur vest c/o Rachel Rachel Roy, Jeffrey Campbell boots c/o Lori’s Shoes, beaded bracelets c/o Misfits, watch c/o  Kenneth Cole, rings from Banana Republic and BCBG, bag by Marc Jacobs]

haha i can see it! now you need to get one of your artsy followers to draw you as an x-men, because that'd be cool. but you'd have to be some kind of sexy villian though. haha.

    great outfit, great post!

It makes sense to me that Wolverine's sister would be so ridiculously hot (and also furry). He is, after all, the most attractive and most awesome of the X-Men. I think I'd probably be Professor X- obsessed with thinking and also with chic-ly out of date menswear. πŸ˜‰

I'm going to miss you these next few months, but don't worry, every chance I have to use the internets I'm going to be checking you out. These are my priorities while in the Africa desert: telling my mother I'm alive, and seeing what Andrea is wearing. Good one, I think!
