My labor day plans included a trip near Traverse City where I ate fudge, bought overpriced clothing and chased after my iPhone in the prettiest, clearest lake. It would have included a lot of boating if the weather cooperated, but luckily, the Traverse City area has so many quaint towns nearby to shop and eat at, which or course are my two favorite activities.
I wore the cropped sweater and high rise leopard print shorts for the drive up on Saturday, drinks with friends downtown Traverse City and for a fancy late night barbeque on the shore. The outfit was easy and carefree for traveling and a day of eating and relaxing!

My view all weekend long! Not pictured: the beautiful deck and patio area where I sat and enjoyed the view with hard cider.
