Young Blood

DSC_2090
For casual drinks after work on a Tuesday night, leather pants seemed appropriate. So I wore them. Paired with a simple white tee, burgundy leather jacket and these cap toe booties, it's one of my favorite outfits. At this point, my friends know that this all leather outfit on a Tuesday is commonplace for me. Back when I worked for the ad agency, I'd go to work in an outfit in this. It's not at all something I can get away with now and so I'll wear them as often as I can on weeknights and weekends.

I really like this one! Normally I'm sceptical with wearing more than one leather piece (except for the bag) in one outfit, but this combination I like! :-)

As a Kalamazoo native it does freak me out a bit to see my city featured in a blog! I thought you lived in Lansing. Come here often?

This look seriously could not get any better. Those pants are amazing and I absolutely love how you styled them. Such a great edgy look!

I'm lovin' this leather trend right now as well but definitely could not get away with it at work either. It's such a bummer hardly getting to wear my leather items!

in LOVE with this look! Everything about it kicks ass. The cap toe boots, studded purse and floppy hat are the perfect touch to bring all the leather together. Move back to Chicago so I can raid your closet :)

unfortunately, in so many professional circles, leather just does not exude, ambitious, up and coming. to which i say, bah! and to which i still always abide. that's what happy hours are for!

this look is perfect with the plain white tee, gives it a bit of soft texture.

You sure wear leather well my friend! I love the leather "stripes" on the pants, the pop of hot red w/ the jacket and the studded clutch and cape toe shoes are such great accents and touches!
