Instead of heading to Michigan State University's homecoming game with my free tickets, I decided to avoid the rain and cold and head to the east side of the state so Jack could get his hair cut (he loves his hometown barber) and I could do some shopping at my favorite mall.
Later that evening my friends Ryan and Liz invited us over to their place to watch the Tigers game. I absolutely love going to their house. It's like a playground for adults with their hot tub and outdoor projector screen, massage chair, bottles of wine, a cute cat named Olivia and always, a lot of food and a fully stocked candy bowl, all in their beautiful home.
