Blue Moon

DSC_0639
My friends know me for my inability to stay out late. I like to go out around 9 p.m., grab a couple drinks and be home by 11 p.m. And last Friday night was no exception. Occasionally though, I put together an outfit I really like, like this one and get pissed that I wore it out for 1.5 hours before changing into pajamas. Story of my life!
The combination of leopard print and bright colors sums up my summer style perfectly. I've been incorporating more colorful skirts this season, but I struggle a bit since I don't typically wear them. Any ideas for this blue skirt?

honestly, a skirt that beautiful and bold could be paired with a plain white top or blouse, some gold accessories, and a funky shoe (maybe something in orange or a bright pink), and it would be awesome.

i can also see it well with gray and silvers, and the typical, ubiquitous french striped boat tee.

Andrea... you're rocking that blue skirt!! SO stunning on you + you have such amazing legs. I see, that I desperately need to get to the gym! ;) As for ideas? I'd also try colour blocking the skirt, or dress it down with strappy sandals + a denim jacket, or a casual blazer.

Haha, as for staying out late - I'm there! I usually meet up with friends at 5 & I'm home by 9... or 10 if I'm feeling really crazy!! Have a great Monday, girly. xo V

LOL I'm the same way about going home early! I love your blue skirt and I am glad that you got one. I can see a lot of potential with it, though I'm sure you have plenty of ideas as well. It may sound boring, but I think it would look lovely with a white oxford shirt and some pretty flats!

this look is amazing!! I love how daring you go with your outfits and it always looks so effortless.

I would pair that blue skirt with either a sheer black blouse and some funky shoes. Or I'd stay simple and pair it with a white blouse, a bold colored belt and amazing pumps! Can't wait to see how you style it for the fall with tights and booties.

Super fun and inspiring!
