The Iconic GUESS Girl always represented, and still represents sexiness, confidence and a bit of vulnerability, a trifecta I believe we all try to achieve in some balance when we dress ourselves.

I’ve been enamored with the GUESS ad campaigns for as long as I can remember. I love the playfulness and the natural beauty of the models and the simple sexiness the clothes bring out. It’s what we aspire to look and feel like. When I spot the girl, down the street or in the grocery store, I see her, not just GUESS and something sexy, yet approachable that both men and women find universally appealing.
The challenge for myself when styling the Marilyn top, which is my favorite piece from the anniversary collection, was to portray this Iconic GUESS Girl style as I envision it with a modern twist. I styled the Marilyn top with a pair of hot pink shorts, black heels and understated accessories, which was fitting for a night out on the town last Friday.
